Terms of service
Plain-English version. By signing up for Lawngreat, you agree to these terms.

Who we are
Lawngreat is operated by Lawngreat, LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Port Charlotte. When these terms say “we,” “us,” or “Lawngreat,” they mean the LLC. “You” means you, the customer.
The service
Lawngreat provides recurring residential lawn service (mow, edge, and blow on every visit, plus optional add-ons you select in the app) to homes in our published service area. Visits happen on a subscription cadence you choose — weekly or bi-weekly. Prices are custom to your yard and shown to you in the app before you confirm service.
Subscriptions, billing, and the first visit
Lawngreat is a subscription. When you sign up you authorize us to charge the card on file for each completed visit at the price shown in your account. You'll receive an itemized receipt with before-and-after photos after every visit.
The first visit on an overgrown or long-neglected yard is priced at a one-time premium (typically 1.5× the standard rate), shown clearly in your intake flow before you confirm. Subsequent visits are charged at the standard rate.
If we ever need to change your subscription price, we'll notify you in the app and by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel or pause before the new price applies.
Cancel or pause any time
You can pause, skip individual visits, or cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal. No phone call, no retention team. If you cancel, you'll still be charged for any visit that has already been completed but not yet billed. You will not be charged for future visits after cancellation takes effect.
Access to your property
You authorize Lawngreat's crew to enter your property on your scheduled service days to perform the services you signed up for. You agree to share accurate access instructions (gate codes, pet warnings, sprinkler locations, fragile areas) in the app. If we cannot safely access the yard on a scheduled day — locked gate, aggressive pet, standing water, etc. — we'll message you, reschedule, and won't bill for a visit that didn't happen.
Weather reschedules
If weather makes the lawn unsafe to cut on your scheduled day, we'll automatically reschedule to the next available day and message you before we move the visit. You never lose a scheduled cut to weather, and you're never charged for a cut that didn't happen.
Our service guarantee
Every visit is owner-inspected before it's marked done. If something is missed or not right, email us within 48 hours of the visit (photos help): we'll come back at no charge or refund the visit, at your choice. Details in our service guarantee.
Property damage
We operate under commercial liability insurance. If our crew damages something on your property, report it in the app or by email within 72 hours of the visit. We'll document the damage, verify it with crew notes and visit photos, and either repair it directly or reimburse you for the cost of repair — whichever you prefer.
We're not liable for pre-existing conditions, cosmetic wear from normal mowing (e.g., grass blade scoring on an already-damaged sprinkler head), or damage caused by items you left on the lawn that weren't disclosed in your access notes.
What the service doesn't include
Standard visits include mowing the lawn, string-trimming along beds and hard edges, and blowing clippings off hard surfaces. They do not include fertilization, pest control, tree work, irrigation repair, hardscape installation, debris hauling beyond a normal cut, or anything else not listed in your subscription or add-ons.
Account responsibility
You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate, including address, phone, email, payment method, and access notes. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute that we can't work out by email will be resolved in the state courts of Charlotte County, Florida. We'd much rather fix the thing you're unhappy about than argue about it — email us first, always.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll email active customers before the changes take effect and update the “Last updated” date above.
