The Lawngreat guarantee
Every visit is owner-inspected before it's marked done. If something's missed or not right, we come back free — or refund the visit. Your choice.

The promise, in one sentence
If anything about a visit isn't right, email us within 48 hours and we'll come back at no charge — or refund that visit entirely.
What qualifies
- Grass obviously missed (corners, backyard strip, around obstacles).
- Edging skipped or uneven around beds, walkways, or driveway.
- Clippings left on hardscapes — driveway, patio, pool deck.
- Damage caused by our crew that was not disclosed in your access notes (sprinkler heads, lawn ornaments, etc.).
- Anything else that fails a reasonable “did they actually finish the job?” test.
How to request a re-do
- Open the visit in your Lawngreat app (or reply to the receipt email).
- Tap “Report an issue” and attach a photo or two of what's off.
- Pick your preference: come back and fix it, or refund the visit entirely.
If you'd rather just email, send a note with photos to hello@lawngreat.com. Same 48-hour window.
How fast we come back
Re-dos are scheduled within the next two service days, weather permitting. You'll get a confirmation the same day you report the issue and a day-before text when we're heading back.
What doesn't qualify
- Pre-existing conditions (brown patches from disease, bare spots from prior work, etc.) that didn't change during our visit.
- Cosmetic wear on previously damaged items we couldn't see (e.g., a broken sprinkler head buried at the grass line).
- Issues reported after the 48-hour window. We'll still help where we reasonably can — but the automatic free re-do applies to same-week reports.
- Requests outside the scope of your subscription (a re-do covers the services you paid for; not a free upgrade to a premium service).
Why we can offer this
Because we employ our crew instead of renting them from a marketplace. Every visit is reviewed by the owner before it's marked done. That means we only mark visits done that we'd stand behind — and when something slips through, coming back to fix it is the standard, not the exception.
