Mowed by humans. Priced by satellites.
We pull your yard from county records, score the cut from a satellite, and put a price on it before you finish your coffee. Same crew every visit. Cancel from the app.

Every Port Charlotte yard prices from the same formula: lot size from county records, complexity from a satellite, your cadence. Most yards in our area land between $45 – $75 per cut.
- Most Port Charlotte lots
- Trim around obstacles + flowerbeds
- Before & after photos sent
- Bigger yard, same crew
- Includes shrub-line clearance
- Adjusts for irrigation runs
Mow, edge, line-trim, blow-off. Before/after photos. The same crew lead each visit.
We don't upsell the fence-line or the swale halfway through. If a job needs more, your crew flags it before they start.
If your grass is overgrown at signup, the first cut is 1.5×. Every cut after that is the standard rate.
The same person. Every visit.
Other lawn services rotate four different guys through your yard before October. Yours doesn't. You meet your crew on day one, and they're who shows up week after week after week.
Owner-operated, family-run, hyper-local. We service Port Charlotte and North Port — and only Port Charlotte and North Port. The whole point is that we know your block.
- Standard mow
- Edge & blow
- Trim around obstacles
- General-liability insured
- Background check on file

Tight routes. Same-day replies.
We don't cover all of Southwest Florida. We cover Port Charlotte and North Port obsessively well, then expand street by street as the waitlist clusters.

We'll tell you if your block's on a route — or add you to the waitlist if it's not yet.

I built LawnGreat for my own street first.
Most lawn companies in Southwest Florida treat residential customers like an afterthought to commercial contracts. You don't hear back, you can't get a real quote, and the crew that shows up next month is different from the crew that came last month.
I'm running this differently. Every yard is priced from county records and a satellite — same formula every time, no haggling. Every visit gets the same crew, and I personally inspect early cuts before we leave. You'll know my first name. You can text me.
If a cut isn't right, we're back inside 48 hours. If it's ever not right twice, your money comes back. That's how I'd want my own service run.
Three promises. No fine print.
Re-cut free in 48 hours
Spot something off after the crew leaves? Reply to your receipt. We’re back out, no charge, no questions.
One flat price, every cut
The price you see is the price we charge. No drop-in fees, no fuel surcharges, no “had to use the bigger mower today.”
Cancel from the app
Pause for vacation, change cadence, cancel entirely. Two taps, no phone tag, no retention call.
We mean it.
If a re-cut isn't right and we couldn't make it right, your last visit is on us. No app form. No chargeback. Email Jorden directly and it's done.
Things people actually ask us.
What if it rains the day my cut is scheduled?
We try to wait it out same-day. If conditions don't allow it (saturated ground, lightning), your crew bumps you to the next clear morning and emails you the updated time. No charge for the bumped slot — you only pay when we actually cut.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. Most of our customers aren't. As long as we can reach the back yard (gate codes, special instructions go in the app), we'll do the cut and email you before/after photos when we're done.
What about my dog?
Tell us in the app — there's a 'Dog warning' template. We'll text before we open the gate, and we'll skip the back if your dog's out and you can't bring them in. We've got dogs of our own. We get it.
What if my grass is super tall when you start?
First cut after signup is 1.5× if grass is overgrown. That covers the extra time and bag-outs. Every cut after that is the standard rate. Skip a regular cut and the next one is also 1.5× — same logic, same fee.
Holiday weeks — do you skip them?
We run on Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day, but customers can skip individual visits any time without penalty (up to 24 hours before). Your subscription stays put — you can pause for up to 60 days from the app.
Can I tip my crew?
You don't need to. Same-crew assignments mean your crew gets a steady paycheck instead of survival-by-tip. If you want to throw something extra after a particularly hot day, the receipt has a tip line — but it's never expected.
What's NOT included?
Hedge trimming beyond shrub-line clearance, palm fronding, mulch refreshes, weed-spray treatments, irrigation repair. Need any of those? Email us — we have local pros we trust and we'll connect you. We don't upsell what we don't do.
What if I'm not happy with a cut?
Reply to your receipt or hit 'Request a re-do' on the visit in your app. We're back out within 48 hours, no charge. If a re-cut still misses, that visit is on us. Two strikes is too many for us.
Got a question we didn't cover? Email hello@lawngreat.com — Jorden answers them himself.
